This Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fashion and silk garments, returns are accepted under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition

All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

The return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items marked as final sale

Worn, washed, damaged, or altered items

Items with removed tags or missing original packaging

Customized or made-to-order items (if applicable)

3. Return Process

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence before approving a return or refund.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

4.  Return Process

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

5. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds may take 7–14 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

To exchange an item, please return it in accordance with this Policy and place a new order.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
